Settlement City is a sub-regional shopping centre owned by ING Real Estate. It is located 1.5km from Port Macquarie's central business district and is adjacent to the Panthers Port Macquarie Club.

Settlement City Shopping Centre was first opened in 1984 and has continued to grow with the exceptional growth of the Port Macquarie area. The centre was refitted in 1995 and underwent a massive $14m redevelopment program during 2000.

The centre's anchor tenants, Big W, Woolworths and Best & Less are complemented by over 65 specialty stores.

The centre has approximately 800 open and 500 undercover car parking spaces available. The Settlement City bus terminal forms the central hub of the public transport services.
