At Settlement City we share the same local spirit as you and that's why we have proudly supported the community since 1984.
Community Connect demonstrates our continued dedication to helping the local community. Whenever you see the Community Connect logo you know that Settlement City is giving something back.
Community Connect assists organisations that are devoted to improving the community, such as supporting the less fortunate or helping the environment. These organisations play a vital part in shaping the lives of many Australians.
With Community Connect, Settlement City believes that together we can make a difference.
Some of the organisations we’ve supported in the past 12 months include:
Laurieton Men's Shed
Laurieton Men's Shed is all about "caring about men's health" by keeping retired men busy in our workshops and by assisting members by way of visiting medical organisations such as Mental Health, Australian Hearing and different Specialists.
Port Macquarie Lions Clubs
Lions Clubs promote youth, medical research, aid to people with disability, community service & disaster relief with 46,000 clubs globally.
In 1985, Make-A-Wish Australia started granting wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses. Since that time, Make-A-Wish Australia has granted over 8,000 wishes to seriously ill children in Australia.
